Sidekick: Microsoft's biggest failure yet?

When Microsoft lost T-Mobile Sidekick users' data, it also lost any credibility it might have for security. But, there's a bigger problem for everyone lying underneath this particular fiasco.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
