Wi-Fi lawsuit opens up more access questions

Time Warner Cable recently filed suit against two of its own subscribers, who were attaching Wi-Fi access points to their cable modems and then reselling the broadband connection to others. While this might look like a simple breach-of-contract suit, it has definite implications for the future of broadband and the industry.
