What is the purpose of PDAs?

December 16, 2005, 10:49 AM — While PDAs have a very solid fan base, users are still not exploiting all of their capabilities because they find them too difficult to navigate, according to a survey by Strategy Analytics. Hand-held device makers should focus less on an all-purpose approach and more on refining certain features for specific groups of users, the research firm suggests.
