The 12 days of IT

11. On the 11th day of Christmas our IT gave to me, 11 hours of Muzak on hold (on hold waiting for tech support), 10 techs debuggin', nine coders coding, eight system upgrades, big ol' NAS for storin', six weeks of training, FIVE ... SOCIAL ... APPS! Four system logons, a passel of pad devices, too many cloudy choices, and my very own vir'tual machine-er-y.

12.
