Peter Rysavy is a technology consultant specializing in wireless and Internet communications. His firm, Rysavy Research, assists clients with market research, product and business development, and technology assessment. Peter is the chairman of the standards and architecture committee of the Portable Computing and Communications Association (PCCA), a standards group that produces wireless-data standards and makes industry recommendations.
Since 1993, Peter has worked as a consultant with numerous clients on projects involving mobile and wireless communications. Clients include cellular carriers, communications software companies, network hardware companies, investment firms, automotive electronics companies, aerospace companies, research organizations and universities. He also teaches seminars and writes articles about wireless communications.
