Don't be locked into one outlet for your recruitment ads, Samel cautions. Combine
online with print ads, outside recruiters, and employee referrals. "Do not use Web-
based advertising alone to recruit technology professionals. Someday someone could try
to claim that using only the Web to recruit illegally excluded potential applicants,"
Samel says.
