Software is where the eReader battles will be fought and run. And while it is encouraging that Barnes and Noble and Sony have entered the race against Amazon's Kindle, both still have some room to grow if they are going to be effective competitors.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
