I don't have any experience with Chromebooks, but since I was thinking about getting one now that they have gone down in price, I looked around a bit to try to find an answer to your question. I came across an article that says you can use Citrix Receiver, so if you use Citrix to host applications, you may be in luck. I'm not sure about installing a Windows client though.
