How hard to port Android apps to BlackBerry 10?

You don't even really have to port an Android app for BB, there has been a built in "Android Player" in BBs even before BB10. I'm not very familiar with the BB ecosystem, but I assume that you would have to submit it as an Android app for inclusion on BlackBerry World, or whatever it is that they call their app store. 

 

TCFKARIM (The Company Formerly Known As RIM) makes it easy to repackage android apps as BAR files for BlackBerry devices. HERE is a link to all of BB's tools for Android developers. It looks pretty straightforward, so why not give it a shot? It could give BB owners another app and might pay for a round or two of good IPA.

Agree completely. It's dead-easy using the BlackBerry provided tools, and BlackBerry developers on avergae make more money that iOS or Android developers.
