How to fix a suspended Google+ account

My G+ account has been suspended a looong time ago (I think this was over a year ago, when they decided to mass ban quite a few people) and despite me sending them scans of my ID card and directing them to other pages (including the domain registrar service of my web host, which clearly states my name etc), they only responded with emails stating that they weren't able to verify my identity. Those were obviously automated or at least unified responses and this happened three times (in about a half year or something), so I kind of gave up and it's been a while since I even thought about giving it another try. A few weeks ago, I wanted to contact someone who solely provided a G+ profile to do so, but my own account is still suspended.
What's more is, on the page I originally used to apply for my name to be re-checked, it now seems that I need to enter an active G+ profile to do so - it's ridiculous. I don't even know the address of my profile, let alone can I visit it while it's suspended. (That page also only works with Google Chrome for me - neither Firefox (which is my regular web browser) nor IE seem to be able to display its contents correctly.)
I've tried to directly contact Google via email, once, no response.
Altogether, it's as if they're intentionally making it harder for people to have an active G+ profile and they're now ignoring people deliberately or I don't know what exactly.
So.. maybe you have some secret advices or something how I could get Google to remove the suspension on my profile. I'd appreciate anything really.
MINE IS THE SAME AS MENTIONED/COPIED ABOVE. PLEASE ASSIST, HELP, CORRECT, ASAP. I AM ROBERT AT: rtm3@i2k.com or, rtmullane3@gmail.com. PLEASE HELP ASAP. I NEED AN ANSWER BEFORE I GO NUTS WITH THIS STUPID, AVOIDABLE PROBLEM!!! WHAT DID I DO WRONG? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! WILL YOU HELP ME?

How to Get Your Suspended Google+ Profile Reinstated
http://googleplus.wonderhowto.com/how-to/get-your-suspended-google-profi...

"Last week, we discussed whether Google should require you to use your real name for Google+ profiles. Google is working on eliminating fake profiles, and in the process, they've booted some real people, including actor +William Shatner. If you find out that your Google+ account has been suspended, you can appeal the suspension and get your profile reinstated."

You can try to contact Google by telephone, but I’m not sure how successful that will be. The main telephone number is 650-253-0000. You can find other links for technical support at http://www.google.com/contact/ Good luck!
