iPhone 4 - Error, "Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed."

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've tried restarting phone and changing http to "auto" on connecting. And, I DID go through the update when it came out, but have not had issues with getting mail until a couple of days ago.
