What to do about screen freezes on Windows Phone?

rcook12

My wife has a Nokia Windows Phone, and it periodically freezes. Not very often, but often enough that I heard about it. Is this just one of those “they all do that” things with Windows Phones, or is there something that can be done to fix it?

They all do that...occassionally at least. My Android phone does it once in a great while too. I would guess it is some type of software conflict, but I’m just guessing. Just hold volume down and power at the same time to reboot. Also, make sure all available updates have been installed.

You might to try an iPhone instead. I've had one for years and never seen a screen freeze up like that. Not that the iPhone is perfect, it's not. But that's one problem I haven't see with them.
