What are the top skill requirements for network engineers?

I am doing sybca from annamalai university and working as a desktop support engineer, after finishing my bca, I will be certified in ccna,ccnp,mcse,mcsa,linux. Can I get a network administrator/server administrator job in top mnc company such as ibm, microsoft, infosys, accenture, thomson reuters, dell, hp?

You might want to do a search on "network engineers" or something similar on Simply Hired, Dice or some of the other job sites. Take note of what employers (including the companies you mentioned) are requiring for their network engineers. Once you've got a list, you can then make your choices to position yourself for one of those jobs.
