How to download streaming albums from iTunes?

A guy I work with said that there was a way to download entire streaming albums from iTunes, but he didn't know how to do it. Is this actually possible, or was he mistaken?

It is sort of possible, at least at the moment. Apparently there is/was a way to do it by going straight to the URL where the streaming audio originates. Now that this is getting a fair amount of attention, I suspect it will be taken care of by Apple soon to make it impossible. Here is a walk-through from Buzzfeed.

I don't think there is a way to do that. But if you can streaming the all albums, the only solution I can think of is to record the streaming albums. Expect for this method, the only way to get the whole albums is to buy them.

It doesn't seem easy to do with iTunes, but I think you can stream or download music from Amazon easily enough. I have not done it though as most of my music is in iTunes, but it might be a good alternative.

Oops, I should clarify this. I think you buy the album and you can download it. Or you can use Amazon's Cloud Player to play it. So it seems like you get the best of both worlds, as far as I can tell.
