Interesting vehicle!  Unfortunately, I think your controller is probably not compatible with an iPhone 4S.  It might be a bit tricky to find which part you need.  I would suggest trying Skoda enthusiast sites, there has to be someone who has found a solution for this issue.  One problem with finding out what you need is that Skoda isn't sold in much of the world, including the States as far as I know, so your resources may be rather limited.
