Best antivirus software for the Mac

I just overheard someone say Macs don't get viruses. Is that true?
And if not, what's the best anti-virus software out there for the Mac and do I need it?

Viruses really aren't a problem at this point on Mac OS X. However, you can get ClamXav for free for your Mac here:
