How can I update the image preview in SharePoint?

landon

In SharePoint 2010, I updated a photo that was stored in the image library, but the image preview shows the older, incorrect version of the photo. Does anyone know how I can make the image preview update, so people see the correct image?

You might want to check the SharePoint support site:

Sorry, I haven't used SharePoint 2010 so I can't offer you more help. But the support site might be a good place to start.

I've read posts from other people occasionally having this problem.  IIRC, you can use IE developer tools to find the old images in Sharepoint designer and delete them, then re-save the image that you want visible again.  That should make the right version of the photo visible.
