"Chart, numbers, worksheets … at a business presentation it can get rather monotonous looking at the same data sheets. Here is a way to add background graphics to your Excel spreadsheets to spice up those meetings."
Select the page layout tab on the ribbon, and then click “background.” In the resulting “sheet background” box, find the image that you want to use for your background and select it, then click “insert” to set it as your background.
Click Page Layout tab, then select Background. Choose a picture you like from the computer and click Add.
