You may need the help with some third party software like iPhone to PC Transfer, it can manage, transfer and copy music, movie, photos, ePub, PDF, Audio books, Voice Memo, Camera Roll, Ringtone, Podcast, TV Shows, SMS, Contacts, Call List on your iPad, iPhone, iPod and computer!
You need to transfer your songs to your computer and them transfer it to your friend's iPod.

iTune isn't really designed to let you just "give" him the your tracks. You can share over your home network though, but that will not give your friend permanent access. This Q&A on using Home Sharing and iTunes Match may help you though.
