How can I transfer songs from my iPhone to my friends iPod touch?

I have a question about my iPhone 4s, I purchased some songs from iTunes, and now I want to share it with my friends, How can I tranfer my songs from iPhone to his iPod touch ?

"Launch iTunes and click the "Store" menu, followed by "Sign In." Enter your iTunes user name and password, and click "Sign In."

Connect the iPhone to the computer using its USB cable, and click the "Sync" button in iTunes. Allow the iPhone to perform a full synchronization and backup.

Connect the computer to the iPhone, iPod or iPad with which you want to share your iPhone's music, using the USB cable.

Ensure the device is signed into the same account as iTunes and the first iPhone, then click the "Sync" button. Any music added to the iTunes library by the first iPhone will be installed on the second device."

You may need the help with some third party software like iPhone to PC Transfer, it can manage, transfer and copy music, movie, photos, ePub, PDF, Audio books, Voice Memo, Camera Roll, Ringtone, Podcast, TV Shows, SMS, Contacts, Call List on your iPad, iPhone, iPod and computer!

You need to transfer your songs to your computer and them transfer it to your friend's iPod.

iTune isn't really designed to let you just "give" him the your tracks. You can share over your home network though, but that will not give your friend permanent access. This Q&A on using Home Sharing and iTunes Match may help you though.
