How to check multi-language text in PowerPoint 2013?


We often prepare multi-language presentations, usually English-German or English-French. We have the appropriate multi-language packs. How do you check the spelling and grammar of two different languages that are used in the same presentation?

Perhaps try checking them separately? In other words, run two checks? That might do it. I am not sure if you can check them at the same time, though it might be possible.

 I think you will have to highlight the block of text of the language you want to check, then go to review>language>set proofing language and chose the appropriate language to check the highlighted  text.
