Convert a document to PDF

I've always used integration with Adobe Acrobat Pro. When you install the software it automaticly adds "Acrobat" tab in the main menu, where you can easily convert the file to PDF with a single click.

The bad thing is that this is a comercial product so it might not be the best solution for your problem, but Ilove it so much I just had to mention it.

Go to File>Share>Choose Create PDF or XPS document and then click "Create a PDF/XPS." It's a built-in plugin in word 2010.
