Hi aires,

Here are some very helpful instructions on how to back up your Facebook profile:

"Recently, Facebook implemented a feature where you can download your complete profile as a backup. This backup includes all your messages, wall posts, photos, status updates and profile information.

This could be very useful in the unfortunate situation where your Facebook account gets deleted. An additional feature is that the backup includes an HTML page which allows you to easily preview all the content in your profile including all the pages and people you have liked or friended on Facebook."
