How to make a video clip play on mouse roll over in PowerPoint 2013?

How do you make a clip play automatically when a mouse cursor is moved over it? I know that I’ve done it before in PowerPoint.

You have to use action settings. Just go to Insert>Action Command. Choose Mouse Over and chose the settings you want.
