How to move Favorites from IE to Chrome?

I'm done with IE. Can my Favorites be easily moved to Chrome? If yes, how? Thanks for the help!

Importing your IE bookmarks into Chrome is easy. Just click on the wrench icon in the upper right hand corner and click Bookmarks / Import bookmarks and settings. It will then prompt you to import your IE bookmarks.
