How to refresh database in Joomla!

ehtan

I changed an article title in Joomla!, but it keeps reverting back to the old title. I'm wondering if I need to refresh the database to get rid of it, and if so, how do I do that?

This Joomla extension might be helpful.

Refresh for Joomla
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/tools/installation-tools/11066

"Reset your Joomla website (or any other database driven site) at any chosen interval.

Makes setting up a cron job straight forward and simple

Great for demo sites in which users may change content and the site needs re-setting

Setup in 10 minutes or less"

It's kinda hidden under your menu. It is in the extension manager. Click that tab and it will open up a large dialog box where you will see a "database" tab. Click on database, then just click the "fix" button on the top right side of that box (it looks like a circle/arrow recycle thingy). That should do it.
