How do I get Skype to work in my Facebook?

I read that Skype calls can now work through Facebook, but I don't see a button for it.

In the new Skype client software (5.3 for Windows) it includes a tab for Facebook, showing your news stream. Mousing over the names of your friends should allow you to call them or Skype them.
