I need to save my Skype contacts in order to reinstall /use them on another machine. How do I do that?

You don't need to worry about saving your Skype contacts. Because Skype is a cloud service, your contacts are stored in the Skype cloud, not on your local machine. When you log onto Skype from another machine, your contacts will still be there.
