Will a beta of Windows 9 be available on September 30?

There are lots of reports that Microsoft will reveal Windows 9 on 9/30/14. Any word on whether there will be a beta available to try out?

According to a report on The Verge over the weekend, Microsoft will probably offer an early preview version for developers on September 30th.
