Check this out: Bionic man made from artificial body parts

Robotic display featured in London's Science Museum; doesn't cost $6 million

The good folks at ITN News in London have this cool news report about a "bionic" man set to go on display at London's Science Museum.

The "man" was created with artificial organs, synthetic blood and robotic limbs as a way to showcase all of the different artificial body parts that human beings can now replace (although, unlike the TV show "The $6 Million Man", it's unlikely that someone would have multiple artificial parts.

Another cool related video making the rounds on the Internet is this one, showcasing how robotic fingers are helping a 5-year-old boy who lost some of his fingers:

Robots: They're not out to kill us, they're here to help us (at least for now).
