When Apple first introduced the concept of apps on a smartphone, it used the tagline, "There's an App for that" to explain that you could pretty much do anything you wanted to on a smartphone (as long as someone developed the app).
I'm pretty sure they didn't have this in mind, though. Here's a report from ITN News (in Europe) of an app in the Polish town of Jaworzno, which lets users track their waste after they go to the bathroom. Hoping this is a joke, but it's probably not.
Of course, this will probably reach No. 2 on the App Store charts.
