Google uses skydivers to demo Project Glass: Your move, Apple

Best demo ever? Glasses-wearing skydivers, bikers crash Google I/O keynote


Google used a bunch of skydivers and bicyclists all wearing the company's Google Project Glass augmented-reality glasses to jump from a blimp, land on a building near the Moscone Center in San Francisco (where they keynote was taking place), rappel down the building, climb onto a bike and ride into the auditorium.

A lot of Twitter commenters who saw this live proclaimed this as the "best demo ever." Here's a video.

Dear Tim Cook and Apple: The bar has just been raised. We better see fire sword juggling and giant elephants at the iPhone 5 keynote.
