The amazing part about today's smartphone culture is that more apps keep coming out that make me go, "Wow, I wish I had this when I was a teen-ager". Such is the case with this skin care app from Japan, which initially is used to help women determine their skin tone and color when applying cosmetics, but could also be used to track skin care, such as pimples and other such blemishes.
