NASA creates virtual Antarctica glacier rift fly-through

Slightly less exciting than a Death Star trench run

The folks at NASA have been taking photos of the growing rift on the Pine Island Glacier in Antarctica, and they've created this really cool video showing a computer-generated fly-through of the glacial rift based on photos from its satellites.

It's not as exciting as bulls-eyeing womprats from a T-16 in Beggar's Canyon, or even picking off TIE fighters while flying through the Death Star, but this is still impressive.
