When I first saw this video yesterday, I didn't make much of it - the really good stuff happens at the 0:28 second mark, so feel free to ignore the introduction, in which these University of Pennsylvania researchers show off one of their "nano quadrotors." The good stuff happens after that, when they show off the capabilities of multiple copters all with the ability to fly in formation. That's when it gets awesome:
At different points during the video it looked like an old-school game of Galaxian, which is always cool. The really cool part, though, is to see what they can do with these copters in the real world.
