Life without microprocessors would suck, Intel says

Video showcases the things that wouldn't exist without microprocessors

The microprocessor has been around for more than 40 years now, and to help celebrate this, Intel has produced a fun video showing what life would be like without this key invention. It's not as apocalyptic and zombie-like as one may think, but there's a lot of question marks in this world:

Basically, our computers, phones, cell phones, robots, motion-sensing traffic lights, airplane reservations, GPS units and high-def TVs would all stop working. We'd probably be listening to Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift on our phonographs, and we'd have to go back to a store to buy our groceries (and the checkout lines would be longer and slower).
