Robots get cuter, smarter and creepier

Intelligence includes identifying objects, faces, themselves

I'm doubling up on this post - giving you two opportunities to see some new robots - the first one is from ITN News, introducing the iCub, a robot that can feel and learn about objects around it, such as identifying the difference between a stuffed octopus and building blocks.

Our second video comes from the people at QBO Robot, showing off how its robot can recognize pictures of things to identify them, and then sees itself in the mirror and can recognize itself.

It's only a matter of time before these robots can start tracking down Sarah Connor or John Conner.
