Wearable Tech: The Video Coat

Guy puts LED TVs on a lab coat; now let's work on the swimwear...

Wearable technology has always made appearances at random tech shows, from the early days of the Bluetooth headset to jackets with many pockets that would let you store your iPods or hide the cables.

Now from this guy comes the "Video Coat", a 60-inch LED video display built onto a lab coat. Powered by a 12-volt battery, this can play analog video from an iPod or a DVD player.

The thing looks really heavy, but if you could design this onto other forms of clothing (bikinis, perhaps?), I'm sure that there's a lot of tech companies that would use this to attract attention at their next trade show.
