iPhone tickling transmission developed by Japanese

Last week, a video circulated of how Japanese scientists were working on a machine that lets you kiss over the Internet. Now, the same team is working on a project that would let two iPhone users tickle each other's palms (or, presumably, other body parts) across the Internet.
