Congressman blames iPad for killing jobs

Jesse Jackson Jr. likes the device, doesn't like where it's made

There are many reasons that unemployment remains high in the U.S., but instead of trying to tackle these issues, let's just blame Steve Jobs and the iPad.

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL) owns an iPad, but apparently he doesn't like that it's made in China, which he says is taking away jobs from Americans. Also, he says because people are buying iPads and downloading books, Borders is going out of business.

Proving once again that there's something wrong with the air in Washington, D.C.

I guess we'll ignore all of the marketing jobs and all of the app development jobs that the iPad has helped create, Mr. Jackson.
