Water is in short supply on the International Space Station -- so much so that in order to expand the crew from three to six later this year, astronauts on board began drinking their own reprocessed urine. Naturally, laundry is a low priority -- yet things can get pretty pungent in close quarters. What to do? Koichi Wakata, a Japanese astronaut who will be living on the ISS for the next six months, will be testing specially designed underwear that can remain stink-free for much longer than traditional undergarments.
