Unlike the shrinking margins afforded by traditional software and hardware sales, unified communications offerings can deliver greater profits for partners.
Of course, VARs will face some stiff competition when they move into thsimarket, with the major telecommunications companies delivering unified communications platforms of their own--and it's not easy to compete against AT&T.
