Study's conclusions could push telecommuting

Some 24 million workers -- or about 20% of the total U.S. workforce -- work from home at least once a month, according to a study by The Derringer Research Group. A separate survey of CFOs suggests that, after pay increases, offering telecommuting as an option is the second-best way to attract IT talent.
