Berners-Lee: Web design hampers mobile Internet

Why aren't we all surfing the Web on our mobile devices? Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web says that it's because Web designers haven't learned to build pages for mobile devices. He also think that the growing lure of mobile dollars will change that soon.
