Schools ease restrictions on students with cell phones

Wilmington News Journal – As mobile phones proliferated in the mid 1990s, many U.S. school districts banned their presence outright. But as a wireless generation comes of age - and as parents grow more and more accustomed to being able to contact their children at any time - many districts are beginning to rethink those policies.
