Germany's emerging market for triple-play Internet, telephony and cable TV services could see its first victim. Ish GmbH, the Cologne, Germany, cable company founded by the U.S. cable investor Richard Callahan, said on Thursday that its business model, so far, has not been successful and that its network roll-out has been put temporarily on hold.
