Get 2GB of free Google Drive storage by checking your internet security settings

Got a couple of minutes? Take this security checkup for more Google Drive space

In honor of Safer Internet Day, Google is reminding us to check up on our security settings--and rewarding those of us who do so with 2GB of absolutely free extra storage space.

It's something we should all do anyway, and the extra storage is a very nice incentive.

To grab this offer, you'll have to head to the security checkup page and review your Google settings. It only takes a few minutes and gives you an opportunity to do things like revoke connected apps you're no longer using and make sure you have two-factor authentication turned on.

Google says it will give qualifying accounts the extra Drive storage on February 28th. But hurry, this offer is only good until February 17th. [via The Next Web]
