There’s no doubt what my favorite tech story of this week was: the one about robots in Vietnam that help people to cross busy streets. Designed by researchers from Duy Tan University, the humanoid robots hold pedestrians’ hands at intersections and lead them from one side of the road to the other. How great is that? I think we could all use a hand-holding robot to help us navigate tough or stressful situations in life. Or, better yet, to keep us from getting into such situations in the first place.
