My two kids officially went back to school this week - yay! When they were littler, one of the best parts of the first day of school was walking them right up to the doors of their classroom and giving them big hugs and kisses before they went in to start the new school year, which they liked. The bad news is once they reached middle school age, however, they weren’t so keen on getting affection from mom and dad in front of their buddies. The good news is technology may now have a partial solution for those of us who miss that special moment.
