Helpful lawyers think Google stole Linux code

By now you have likely heard the noise about Google possibly violating the GPL by using Linux header files to create a new BSD-licensed library that userspace applications can interface with the Android kernel. Except it turns out that those header files are probably not copyrighted and no one from Linux has filed a lawsuit.
