An MBA or a Master's in Computer Science? It’s your call.

Two years ago I graduated from college with a degree in computer science from a great engineering school. Now that I have a couple of years work experience under my belt, I want to begin a part-time master’s program. Should I get an MBA or a Master's in Computer Science?
Can computer software read your resume? If not, you don't exist!

I’m a COBOL programmer with about 30 years of experience and have been out of work for just over two years. Is it too late for me to learn new marketable skills? If not, what should I learn?

Early in my career I was given some great advice. I was told to read the Sunday help wanted ads in my local newspaper like it was the sports page. I thought this was a ridiculous idea until I was told why.
